Heading out on vacation? Treat your pup to one, too! Let them relax in our spacious 5'×4' kennel suites, complete with a calming sound system for ultimate comfort. We never use crates—just cozy, stress-free stays  with  lots  of  play  and  cuddle  times…


Kennel Suite Features:

-5’ x 4’ suite with climate-controlled air 

-Each suite features a safe and secure aluminum door with window

BOARDING REQUIREMENTS:

-All dogs over 6 months old must be neutered/spayed.

-Rabies, Bordetella, and Distemper/Parvo vaccinations must be up-to-date.

-We do not accept dogs requiring staff-administered shots, those with mobility issues, or those recovering from surgery and are in need of medical attention.

- A Boarding Enrollment Form and proof of vaccination are required at least 2 days before check-in.


Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking to allow us time to offer the spot to another customer on the boarding waiting list.


BOARDING  FEES

First dog:  $48 / night per suite

Additional dog(s):  $43/ night in same kennel suite.  If dogs cannot be boarded together, they will be charged per suite ($48 / night)


House food is available at $3 per day, fed twice daily. We provide Hill’s Science Diet Sensitive Adult. However, we recommend bringing your pet’s own food to prevent any stomach issues.

Please pre-bag your pup's food individually per meal/per day.   We  might  charge  a  $15  fee  for  un-bagged  food.


Additionally, a one-time fee of $10 per stay will be applied for dogs requiring medication. Please provide detailed instructions on administration (e.g., timing, food requirements, dosage, etc.) and ensure that enough medication is supplied for their stay.


Please note that an additional, non-refundable holiday fee of $30 will be applied for any major holiday (one-time fee  per  dog).


Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment start time will incur a $30 fee, deducted from your credit card on file.


Boarding pick-up is at 10 AM. If you need a later pick-up, a $30 Late fee per dog will apply. Thank you for helping us provide a smooth and comfortable experience for all our guests!




What time do I need to drop off and pick up?

STORE HOURs: Tuesday – Saturday 8 am until 5 pm:


Standard Check-In: Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Standard Check-Out: Tuesday - Saturday 8:00 am - 10:00 am. 


Considered Boarding:  After 6:00 pm   Nightly boarding rate will be applied.


Sundays & Mondays (Store is closed)

Check-In & -Out :  8:30 am – 10:00 am  and 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm. 

Please schedule the pick-up time for those days at drop-off!

Pick-Up after 10:00 am  - we apply a $30 Late pick-up fee. 


 


What do I need to bring for their stay?

We do not require owners to bring any items, but we strongly recommend bringing your dog's usual food, as it can help ease anxiety during their stay.

For safety reasons, we do not recommend beds, as a bored pup may be tempted to chew overnight. Additionally, toys or treats that pose a choking hazard will not be placed in their kennel suite.

How often do they get playtime?

Throughout the day, dogs enjoy supervised indoor and outdoor play sessions, with regular water breaks to keep them refreshed. Before bedtime, they take one last peaceful stroll through the yard, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing end to their day.
