For the safety and comfort of your pet, matting that requires shaving before a bath will incur an additional fee.

Please note: Grooming services requiring more than 10 minutes of brushing and de-matting will incur an extra charge.

 To keep every pup safe and comfortable, an extra fee may be added when flea or tick infestations require extra attention or specialized care.

 To keep every pup and team member safe, an extra fee may be added for dogs who need additional handling or support during their visit. 

Dogs with double coats or shedding fur, an additional grooming charge may be applied.

 Want your pup to be in and out with no delay? This add‑on moves your pet to the front of the line, guaranteeing they are groomed right away as soon as they arrive — no waiting, no stress. 

To ensure availability for all our valued clients, cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment without rescheduling will result in a fee of 25% of the service price. We appreciate your understanding and consideration!

We strive to provide timely service for all clients. If you arrive 10 to 20 minutes late or more, a fee of $ 5 - $ 20 will apply. If you’re more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled based on availability and depending on circumstances.

If an appointment is missed, a fee of 50% of your base grooming charge will apply deducted from your Credit Card on File or via phone payment.

We kindly ask that pets be picked up within 1.5  hours of completion. Extended stays may result in additional fees  ($5  -  $30)

We kindly ask that pets be dropped off at their scheduled time. If you need to drop off your pet earlier we might apply $5 - $15 for taking care of your pet. We will start the groom at the scheduled time.
