You'll receive these as a part of the bathing service:

   -Choice of shampoo (regular, de-shedding, flea & tick, or oatmeal medicated)

   -Nail trim and grinding

   -Ear cleaning

**We estimate 1.5-2 hours for this service per dog depending on size/coat.

You'll receive these as a part of the grooming service:

   -Choice of shampoo (regular, de-shedding, flea & tick, or oatmeal medicated)

   -Nail trim and grinding

   -Ear cleaning

   -Remove hair in ears

   -Haircut

   -Brush and de-matting (10 minutes included, $1 per minute past 10 minutes)

**We estimate 3.5-4.5 hours for this service for a small dog. We estimate 4.5-5.5+ hours for this service for a large dog.

Cancellations must be made before 24 hours of your appointment time.  If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your grooming service.

Late Fees are instituted if a client is 15 minutes late or more.  The charge is $1 for minute late past 15 minutes.  Depending upon the circumstances, if a client is more than 30 minutes late, their appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Late Fees are instituted if a client does not show up for their appointment time OR they cancel without rescheduling within 24 hours of their appointment.  The charge will be 50% of bathing price.

No-Show Fees will be 50% of your grooming charge and must be paid before your next scheduled groom.

A Late Pick-Up Fee of $20 will be applied if your dog has not been picked up within the hour of our first phone call or text massage.  If your pet is done before the estimated time of completion, we will allow some extra time for you to arrive without charge.

All grooming services are taxed.
